The couple's bond began in 1994. Life would separate them, only to reunite them years later to create something truly magical together.

For over a decade, they have been blessing the tristate area and beyond with their award-winning cuisines, decadent desserts, and signature beverages.

From their **world-famous award-winning Jamaican Black Cake** to their energizing power-packed peanut punch, plus seasonal favorites like Sorrel, Coquito, and Rum Punch—everything is crafted with pure love and decades of experience.

Blondie's entrepreneurial journey began at just 22 years old when she boldly opened her first restaurant, Golden Touch, on Farmers Boulevard in Queens, New York.

Her vision continued to grow as she relocated with fresh ambitions and an expanded business plan, opening the beloved Kings and Queens restaurant, also in Queens, New York.

Kings and Queens became a community cornerstone, offering both intimate dine-in experiences and convenient takeout options. Alongside her talented Chef Bigga and dedicated staff, they served their neighborhood with pride for years before Blondie's passion led her to venture into the exciting worlds of catering and event planning.

ChefTallman's culinary love affair began right in his mother Dolores' warm kitchen, where flavors and family memories were born. Armed with his culinary degree from up north, he's now channeling all those skills and that heartfelt passion into every dish.
